If only I could find the drive that once drove me.

Last Monday we had to make the decision to put Stinky down. Her health had gotten so bad that she was no longer able to keep anything down. She was literally skin and bones. I don't think she had even barked in two weeks.

Yesterday I picked up her ashes. That was the strangest thing I have ever experienced. I thought I'd be fine with it. I got in the car and bawled.

I can't believe how much I still miss her.

It snowed yesterday/last night. It snowed about 3 inches at my house. I had no idea that it could be so bright outside at night. It was pretty and now it's gone. Wednesday the temperature was 78 and Sunday it's supposed to be 77. You have to love Houston's weather.

Mash Up Challenge

Friday was Evelyn's 2nd birthday. She thought it was funny when Mommy sang to her. Saturday we had her party. She got lots of presents. It was great. She slept like a log that night.

I've been battling serious headaches again. It sucks. Hopefully I'll get them back under control again.

I finally managed to get my butt to the polling place to vote. YES!

I wore an argyle sweater to work yesterday. I'm wearing a different argyle sweater today. I think tomorrow I will wear my new argyle cardigan. I will have to dig out my last argyle sweater for Thursday.

I got a bonus Sunday at our company party. I think I will buy some new shoes and winter pants. I might even buy a new argyle sweater. :P
