you know, i read the description, and i've got the gist of what it is...but i don't even think i could explain it to someone else without saying "remember the car that the clampetts drove to beverly hills in?"....
You are very very close. My Dad said the idea is you build a car with stuff you have already without spending much money. Unless you are in So Cal then they have stricter guidelines.
