Baby Watch 2006
I got to hear the heart beat Thursday. I have another ultra sound in 7 weeks. They will try to determine the sex and check the development of the lungs and heart. In two weeks I'm supposed to go get the paperwork for a spina bifida test. My 19 year old cousin was born with spina bifida.

Tell the doctor you don't want to know whether it's a boy or a girl. It's more exciting that way.
Screw that. Tell your doctor to tell me, and I'll give you clever hints. Like "I'd paint the baby room bright orange with overtones of yellow and pink, but have tractors on the walls". Yeah? Good.
