The boss seems to realize that it makes sense to put me in the accounting position. She's all happy now about it. Thank god. The 8-5 part is going to be a problem for me. I rarely take one hour lunches so it will be long days when I don't.

Last night we began car shopping. I test drove the Dodge Caliber, the Dodge Nitro, and the Honda CR-V.

The Caliber was nice for a small car. It didn't feel as small as it looked and considering it's price range the options were great. What I didn't like is the driver's seat feels like you are driving a truck. The seat is too high for my tastes. It also didn't have much get up and go.

The Nitro was more comfortable. It felt right when you drove it and it had lots of get up and go.

The CR-V was nice, but not as nice as the Nitro and they were in the same price range. It felt puny when you pushed the gas and it had an odd layout.

I think I have decided on the Nitro. Heath likes it, I like it, and we cart Ev around easily.

I have concerns about your purchasing a vehicle that is named after something that explodes.

Cars named after horses are better, but a Mustang might be too small. I'm sure there's a Pinto out there with your name on it.

But I hope not.
